Will post a new scanned photo soon ( this scan came out badly). These straps look like the ones shown in the pattern photo, but they are a dark chestnut color. This beautifully made leather shoulder strap can be used on any basket to make it a shoulder tote. The strap has a buckle and is very adjustable. A pair of inside/outside ears is included. To insert, slip each end of the strap onto an inside/outside ear, insert your ears down into the weave of your basket after weaving your rim row, apply and lash your rim as usual. Use a 1/2" flat oval rim. |
