Spoke Weight~ New ! Finally in stock-this heavy duty spoke weight is made of black painted steel with an overall length of 16 1/4" x 1 1/4" wide and weighs 1.4 lbs. It is marked with white numerals every inch with the center point marked with "0" and is numbered in both directions beginning at the center to help you square your woven bases evenly.
This very useful tool helps with holding down the spokes and assists with accurate measurements when setting up your base. A must for the serious basketmaker ( or if you are tired of using books to hold down your spokes ! )

| | Craftman Basketry Shears These are the red and white cushion grip handled shears you have been asking for. The soft handles are very comfortable to work with. Great for your basketry needs as well as other craft and household uses.

Side Cutter NEW!! An economy priced flush cutter. It gets into small areas and is perfect as a hair nipper.

| | Reed Cutter An alternative to garden shears--work better than scissors on thicker reed, especially flat oval for your rims.

Awl Used to get in and out of tight spots in the weave.

| | Basket Marker Fine line permanent marker for signing and dating your basket.

Packing and Tucking Tool Made of wood--has a wide and a narrow end. A nail saver when packing down your rows and helpful
with tucking your spokes.

| | Reed Gauge Totally optional, but helpful if you are a new weaver and don't know what the sizes are that end up scattered
on your kitchen floor.

Tool Kit Includes a packing tool, awl, reed cutter, reed gauge and reed trimmer ( for getting at those little hairs).

| | Stanley Surform Shaver out of stock
A must for shaving down your rim overlaps.

Replacement Blade For the Surform Shaver. Easy to pop in and out.

| | 2" Spring Clamps For clamping on your rims---won't pop off like clothespins do. Use 2" for smaller rims and 4" for larger rims.

4" Spring Clamps Same as 2" spring clamps--use these for 1/2" flat oval rims or larger.

| | High Precision Shear out of stock
These last four cutting tools are the "cadillac" of cutters.
The High Precision Shear is a ultra precise crafters scissors. Cuts fine, delicate items such as embroidery floss
and mylar with a clean square edge, and also cuts basketry reed like butter.

Maxi Shear out of stock
My personal favorite of these "elite" cutters. A perfect fush cutting tool for basketry. Easily cuts your spokes right down even with your rim.
I also use mine for nipping hairs.

| | Micro Shear out of stock
Flush cutting like the maxi, but smaller and gets into tighter spots on smaller baskets.

Angled Micro Shear out of stock
This is also a smaller flush cutter, with a tapered, angled tip, allowing you to get into even tighter areas of the basket.
