The gentle curve from the Williamsburg handle give this a nice shape. I am planning to make some pine cone fire starters and I think this will be the perfect basket to hold them. Base dimensions are 5"w x 16"long. Requires : 5" Williamsburg D handle, 1/2" flat, #2RR, 5/8" flat, 1/2" flat oval, #3 seagrass ( optional), and 1/4" flat oval or flat for lashing.
